the Wizard of Oz

Brad directed and reimagined the classic musical for Brooklyn Acting Lab, setting it on a farm in 1930s Kansas. This cast of nine young actors portrayed the children who work and play there, recreating the imaginative worlds of L. Frank Baum with farm tools, bales of hay, and the clothes drying on the line.

The production was presented at The Actors Fund Arts Center in Downtown Brooklyn, NY. Pictured (left to right): Brad and the cast.

As part of the 42nd Annual Samuel French Off-Off Broadway Short Play Festival, Brad directed Rosie Kellett's play about the collateral damage of living life in high speed.

The production was presented at the East 13th Street Theatre (Classic Stage), East Village, NYC. Pictured (left to right): director Brad Ogden, actors Peregrine Heard and Duane Burress Jr., playwright Rosie Kellett, and actor Nishad More.
